Heike is a certified psychologist and psychological psychotherapist. She has been working in her own practice for more than 20 years and has been licensed by the health insurance company for almost 20 years. Besides travelling, she also deals with disability and human rights. Whether it is a character trait or an “occupational disease”: Heike simply addresses everyone and asks the kind of questions that most would not dare to ask. This, and of course her disability, makes her an unusually interesting companion, especially when travelling.

Toshi is a graduate psychologist and has been working as an assistant at Heike for more than 25 years. Besides this, he has been roaming around in the IT industry for almost as long. Besides travelling he is busy with motorcycling, photography, sailing (lately less so) and with everything that has to do with technology. He loves cooking and is particularly interested in repairing all kinds of equipment, from low tech and mechanical to high tech and electronic.
